Moving Forward!
Well, we finally got the call we've been waiting for today. Melissa from Kinship Center called and said that a mother in the Chicago area was considering us to adopt her baby. Marnia and I talked with her for a bit tonight and really seemed to hit it off well. She even laughed at a few off my jokes!
She ended the conversation by saying that she was going to choose us to adopt her child!!! How amazing is that! Obviously, we're thrilled and are really looking forward to getting to know her over the next couple of months prior to her due date at the end of January.
Well, I'm going to go try and sleep now.
WOO HOO!!!

Yeah!!! We (Scott and I) are so excited at the prospect of Chris and Marnia adding to their family. I finally get to be an auntie and Grace gets another cousin! We are looking forward to the next few months with great anticipation.
